In order to get Admin rights on server you will have to provide following information:

Information about you:

1. Your age:
2. Your occupation:
3. Experience in Game:
4. What will we gain from you if application gets accepted:
5. Times in which you play in our server:
6. Link to game statistics from our server: not currently possible!

Topic title must be formatted decently without crap symbols or smiles.

Topic title should contain:

1. Should start with [ACCREQ] tag
2. Shorthand of game server on witch you want access like [CS:GO PUB], [TF2 PUB], [TF2 CRIT] …
3. Your nickname in game

So end result should look something like this: [ACCREQ] [CS:GO PUB] LAUVz
